Micha Patiniott

Micha Patiniott (1972, Amsterdam) received his degree in art in 1996 at the Hoge School voor de Kunsten Utrecht. He was a resident at the Rijksakademie voor Beeldende Kunsten in Amsterdam in 2006 and 2007. In 2008 and 2009 he was a resident at the Fine Arts Work Center in Provincetown, Massachusetts, US. He has been awarded with the Schürmann-Krant and the Louise Bourgeois Fellowship. Group shows: Provincetown Art Associaton and Museum, 2009; LUMC 'New Painters', Leiden, 2009; MKgalerie Berlin 'The Present of the Future', 2008; Rijksakademie 'Open Studios', 2006 & 2007; Parts, Xiamen City, China 'Rijksakademie at Parts', 2006. Solo shows: Hudson D. Walker Gallery, Provincetown, US, 'The Full Story', 2009, and a forthcoming solo at MKgalerie Rotterdam.
