OpenBook by Tilt is a unique furniture fusion of a chair and bookshelf. It is a cozy and private Library Chair-cum-studio or a booth with a multi-purpose combination just perfect for some quiet reading time. The idea is based on an earlier Library Chair, designed for an historic building with little space for the bookshelves as units, so the shelves were cleverly added to the seats. In a similar fashion, the OpenBook has an exterior with built-in bookshelves and a lower platform that doubles as a side table. One side of the unit serves as a magazine holder, featuring recessed straps for showcasing your magazines and even books of any shape or size.
